Gyanveer College of Education now named as Gyanveer Institute of Management And Science, Sagar Year of establishment 2000 and Education Department establishment in 2003.

B.Ed., M.Ed., D.Ed. (Board) Courses graduation and post graduation standard of the university level are run in this institute.

For B.Ed. course of one academic session seat allotted to this institution is 100 for M.Ed. course allotted seats are 35 and for D.Ed. course allotted seats are 50.

The institution is now affiliated to Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University Chhatarpur from 2022 (previously it was affiliated to Dr. H.S. Gour vishwavidyalaya now a Central university at Sagar, M.P). The Institution is run by a Society chaired by shrimati Savita Singh Govind Singh Rajput of Jila Panchayat , Sagar keeps high ideals for the courses in the institute that is Teachers preparation. The institute has high esteem for the goal of quality Education and believe in Quantity education depends upon Quality of Teachers.

It is with this ideas and belief the institute envi sagar to improve of the quality of teacher education. The institute is functioning in are independent campus spread over 1.62 acres of lord covering a hill vale with a beautiful view. It is having all requisite infrastructure as per NCTE norms.

The institute has three labs as per N.C.T.E. norms. Necessary supporting infrastructure for computer hardware & software for conducting training in Educational technology is available in the institute which is judiciously used while imparting training. Separate labs for Psychological experiments, works experiences etc. are maintained. Teachers combine lecture method, with discussion & Seminar & Project, class assignments & feedback is provided to students as per need in curriculum transaction.

The library is well equipped with more them 10,000 books, journals & reference books. Care has been to provide volumes from standard publications and writers reference centre is provided where books, aids charts and maps are kept for ready reference to pupil teachers to enrich their assignment & Sestionals, Extension services & Research Development.

The institute is mostly intended to provide teaching services as the first degree level, but there is strong need to motivate teachers to undertake research as part of their work. Teachers are encouraged to train students in the process evolved in creating knowledge, through action Research , Seminars, workshops organized by the university, college itself Gusset faculty is invited is deliver talks on various educational issues pedagogical of a teaching methodological subjects. Extension work branches off to areas of adult literacy. Health a hygiene Awareness, social work associations and cooperation's with NGO's is organizing social welfare programmes.

The institute has at its disposal a well developed infrastructure and adequate space for its works satisfies the requirement as per NCTE norms. The maintenance & improvement of the infrastructure is done by the institute's own finances as it doesrit get any aid from the UGC or state government . The institute has taken interest in the beautification of the campus for keeping the campus green & pollution free, there is a staff advisory body (Committee) to supervise the work there is a library advisory committee to monitory the working of the library.

The institute has an internal coordinating & monitoring system which functions through various committees for efficiency of teaching & non teaching staff.
