Sports Cultural
In every session elections are been held to select the most deserving candidate from every section(D.Ed, B.Ed, M.Ed) to cultivate the leadership quality and develop team spirit among them. The students are further categorized as heads of different committees namely cultural, literary, sports and anti- ragging committees.
1. Cultural committee-
This committee organizes various cultural events like singing, dancing, drama etc. The in charge of this committee also prepares the students to represent the college at various district and state level competitions. Every Saturday cultured Performance presented by students.
2. Literary committee-
This committee conducts various literary competitions such as quiz, speech, debate, essay writing, extempore, poetry writing etc. which increases the confidence level of the students. Every Saturday literary Performance presented by students.
3. Sports committee-
In parallel to the studies importance is also given to the various sport activities, the committee arranges various sport events. Under the guidance of this committee. Students have also shown their talent in state and national level competition.
4. Anti-Ragging committee-
All the members of the students union also shares the responsibility of maintaining the overall discipline of the college and keep an eye on the activity related to ragging.
Different indoor and outdoor sports facilities are made available to the students according to their interest in sports. There are separate rooms for different indoor games like; carom, chess, table tennis, boxing, etc. According to the interest of the student different outdoor games facilities are available like; play ground for cricket, volleyball court badminton court etc.
Qualified physical education instructor is on the staff of the institute & regular guidance and coaching is provided in the college. Time to time sports and games competition are Arranged during the session.
